Every guest walks
into a clean place.
Thuso books the clean between guests, tells the cleaner exactly what you want, and sends you the photographs.

The clean is never the hard part. Knowing it happened is.
You message to confirm, then to remind, then to ask.
A new cleaner does it her way, because your way lives in your head.
And when it is wrong, there is nothing to look at.
How it works
Connect your calendar
Airbnb, Booking.com, or any calendar with a link. Every checkout becomes a booked clean.
Send someone
Your cleaner, a company, or ours. They are told on whichever channel reaches them.
See it was done
Walk-through, ticked rooms, photographs. Before the guest arrives.

The schedule fills itself
A guest checks out. The clean appears, in the right window, with the right person on it — before you have thought about it.
You find out it is done from the photographs.
See how it worksWhat you get
Proof, not promises
Walk-through on arrival, photographs at the end.
Room by room
Your checklist, your reference photos, every clean.
They are actually told
App, then WhatsApp, then SMS — and we check it arrived.
Works with no signal
The day is carried on the phone. Data or not.
Guests answer themselves
Wifi, appliances, where things are — on a card.
Stock you can count
Towels, linen, coffee. Counted before a guest notices.

Hotels turn a room in half an hour because nobody is deciding what to do. Thuso gives your team the same thing: the room, the order, the standard — already decided.
- ·No quoting. No invoicing. No chasing payment.
- ·Work sent to you in the areas you already cover
- ·A price you know before you accept
- ·New staff productive on day one, from the photos
- ·Proof on every clean, so disputes end quickly

The questions, answered before they are asked
One card on the table. Wifi, appliances, where things are, what is worth walking to.
No app. No account. Nothing to install.

We built this for ourselves first
Sixteen flats in Waterfall, South Africa — and most of the work was not cleaning. It was asking. Confirming, reminding, hoping, and finding out from a guest when something had been missed.
Nothing we tried was built for how it actually works here. So we built it, ran our own places on it, and then opened it up.

Questions
Do I have to use your cleaners?+
No. Most hosts start with the cleaner they already have. If you need someone, the marketplace and the Thuso crew are there.
My cleaner is not good with apps.+
She does not have to be. WhatsApp or a text reaches her, and the app is photographs and tick boxes. No data? The flat's wifi is one tap.
What if two cleans overlap?+
Two flats in one estate is a normal morning. Thuso works out whether the day fits, tells you when it is genuinely tight, and lets you decide.
Can a cleaning company use it?+
Yes. They assign their own people, the host is told who is coming, and they see only the cleans they hold.
Where is my data?+
On our own servers, sold to nobody. Walk-through videos are deleted once a clean is settled.
