Add your own cleaner

Most hosts keep the cleaner they already have. Thuso just tells her what to do and shows you it was done.

Step 1. Open My cleaners.

Step 2. Tap Add cleaner.

Step 3. Enter her name and phone number. Email is optional — most cleaners do not use it.

Step 4. Save.

Step 5. She gets a message with a link to sign in. If she has no app, she still gets told about each clean by WhatsApp or text.

She does not need a smartphone to be booked. She needs one to tick off rooms and take proof photos, so it is worth helping her install the app the first time.
