How you get paid
Bank, eWallet or cash — and how to check what you are owed.
You choose how you are paid. Into a bank account, by eWallet to your phone, or in cash. Many people have no bank account and there is nothing wrong with that — an eWallet is drawn at any ATM with a code sent to your phone.
Set it in the app under Getting paid. Only you and Thuso ever see those details. The hosts you clean for never do — they pay Thuso, not you directly.
Everything is recorded. Every clean you finish and every payment made to you is listed with the date and amount. What you are owed is never a matter of memory, and you never have to ask awkwardly.
If you work for a salary, you are paid the same whether the month was busy or quiet, so the app does not show you a per-clean amount — that figure is not your earnings and it would only mislead you. Your arrangement is with your employer.
If something looks wrong, say so straight away. It is far easier to sort out this week's payment than to reconstruct three months of them.
