Set up a property's checklist and photos
Write down the way you want it, once.
This is what makes a new cleaner do it your way without you standing there.
Step 1. Open the property, then Rooms.
Step 2. Add each room — bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area.
Step 3. For each room, add the tasks you want done. Keep them short and literal: "strip and remake the bed", "wipe inside the microwave".
Step 4. Tap a room and add a reference photo — the room as it should look when finished.
Step 5. Number the things that get missed. Tap the photo, then tap the spot, and label it: "cushions face this way", "kettle lives here".
Step 6. Save.
Why the photos matter more than the words. Many cleaners read slowly, or in a second language. A photograph of the finished room is understood by everybody, immediately.
