Your first clean, step by step
What to tap, and in what order, on the day.
Step 1. Open the app. Today's work is on the first screen.
Step 2. When you set off, tap On my way.
Step 3. When you get there, tap I've arrived. The way in — the code, the gate, the parking — appears now.
Step 4. Film the walk-through. Walk through every room with the camera before you touch anything. It takes a minute and it is what protects you if anyone says something was broken or missing.
Step 5. Tap Start cleaning.
Step 6. Work room by room, ticking each thing off. Tap a room's photo to see how it should look when you are done.
Step 7. Take the finishing photographs when the room is ready.
Step 8. Count the stock if you are asked to — towels, linen, coffee.
Step 9. Tap Finish.
No signal? Everything still works. The day is already on your phone, and what you do is sent when you are back on. If the flat has wifi, tap Join this network on the job screen.
